Defending champions Lindy Burch and Louellas Cat marked 227 for a 3-point win over Matt Budge and Arc Ruby Playgunia in the Mercuria NCHA World Series of Cutting at El Rancho Futurity on September 14.

Louellas Cat, by High Brow Cat out of Louella Again, is owned by Oxbow Ranch. Earlier in the show, she finished third in the Open Classic Challenge. That, along with her $9,386 Mercuria paycheck, took her lifetime earnings over $232,000.

The Mercuria money will also move Louellas Cat into the Top 10 in the 2013 NCHA World Standings.
