It was hot time in Cowtown on July 30th, when Stylish Martini, won the 2011 NCHA Derby with 224.5 points under Roger Wagner for Marvine Ranch, owned by Jon and Abby Winkelreid.

2011 Summer Cutting Spectacular Recap

2011 Derby Non-Pro
On July 30, 2011 Kelle Earnheart added another Derby trophy to her cache with 225 points aboard her gelding Cancan Reyvolution, by Dual Rey.
2011 Derby John Deere Open
Tate Bennett and Reyn Maker marked 225 to win the John Deere Division of the NCHA Derby at the NCHA Summer Cutting Spectacular, presented by Great American Insurance, on July 29, 2011. Reyn Maker, by Dual Rey, and Bennett also took the John Deere Division at the NCHA Super Stakes in April.
2011 Classic Challenge Limited Non-Pro
Collbran Larsen of Gruver, Texas, won the Limited Non-Pro Classic Challenge finals with a 222 on DS Mrs Wilsonfreckle, by Wilsons Lil Freckles on July 28th, 2011.
2011 Derby Non-Pro Gelding
Kelle Earnheart and Carl Gerwien shared victory in the NCHA Derby Non-Pro Gelding finals Thursday at the NCHA Summer Cutting Spectacular, presented by Great American Insurance. Each of them marked 220.5 to split the win.
2011 Derby Open Gelding
Tarin Rice, 22, won his first Open division title Wednesday in the Open Gelding finals of the NCHA Derby at the NCHA Summer Cutting Spectacular, presented by Great American Insurance. Rice marked a 223.5 on Lenas Star War.
2011 Sponsors Cutting
The annual NCHA Sponsor Cutting took place July 22nd during the Great American Insurance Summer Cutting Spectacular in Fort Worth.
2011 Classic Challenge Amateur
Ryder Carpenter and Hangem Cat, by High Brow Cat, won the Classic Challenge Rios of Mercedes Amateur finals with a 224 at the Great American Insurance Group NCHA Summer Cutting Spectacular on July 23, 2011.
2011 Classic Challenge Non-Pro
Kyle Manion of Aubrey, Texas and A Smooth Criminal, by Smooth As A Cat, marked 221.5 to win the NCHA Classic Challenge Non-Pro finals at the NCHA Summer Cutting Spectacular, presented by Great American Insurance on July 21, 2011.
